So glad we decided to stay at Andy’s place vs a hotel! It was so clean, and cozy. AC definitely works! Shower and water pressure were probably my favorite. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Kids loved it! Gorgeous view with big back yard. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend to anyone! Thank you Andy for being so responsive and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
This was my second stay here and once again, everything was great!! I can't imagine a better place to stay in this area in this price range. Keep up the good work!

Andy's place was just perfect! I'm a stickler for cleanliness and Andy's properties are always prestine. This house was in a very nice neighborhood, very private backyard with lake, and 15 minutes in any direction from restaurants and stores. Definitely a great find and we have already booked it again!
Beautiful cottage nestled into a quiet community with a large beautifully landscaped yard. Views from the back of the house looked like a featured page in a lakeside living magazine. The house nicely updated, decorated and clean. The beds felt AMAZING. The open space and layout provided plenty of room for our family of 6 plus fur baby. Fishing was fun and our fur baby loved the large yard. The host did an amazing job communicating with us and accommodating our request. Thanks for the great hospitality. We plan to visit again!

This single family house is perfectly located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood with spectacular views of Houston Lake. It provides a perfect middle ground between S Warner Robins & Perry, where you will find a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, bar&grills etc. (Water and wildlife are present on property. Children should be supervised at all time. No swimming allowed)
Parking is free with 2 carport spaces and 2 driveway spaces in front of property. All transit is via personal cars - no city transit available, but Uber & Lyft is available.

Hi! We're Andy and Malorie - locals to the middle Georgia area, and thrilled to be hosting you. We started our journey as new hosts in April 2021, and have loved every second of it since. We loved it so much, in fact, that we started our own business centered around owning and managing short-term rental properties. We now operate multiple in the middle Georgia area, and we continue seek out new opportunities to expand. Outside of our hosting life, we currently both work full-time jobs. Andy is a worship director at Southside Baptist Church, and Malorie is the administrative assistant for Southside Kathleen's campus pastor. We have no children yet, but the sweetest pup that we adore. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling, trying new foods, binge watching Netflix (and having pizza night), and spending time with family and friends. We're two people who love Jesus, and it is our mission to show love to every person we come across. We hope that in the ways we have created our spaces to be welcoming and cozy that you feel a little bit of this love. We're so glad that you chose to stay with us, and hope you will come again!
