La struttura gestita da Alessandra è assolutamente stupenda, immersa totalmente nel verde, curata in ogni particolare... la sua bellezza è arricchita dal mare a due passi di cui sentirete il rumore delle onde e di notte da un cielo ricco di stelle. La particolarità dell'abitazione è arricchita da un'attenzione lodevole per l'ambiente... Alessandra è decisamente un host perfetta, ricca di preziosissimi consigli e attenta ad ogni esigenza. Impossibile trovare di meglio!

Alessandra ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut sie kennenzulernen und den Aufenthalt in ihrer herrlichen Anlage sehr genossen. Herrliche Natur mit Sicht zum Meer, abseits vom Trubel, wenige Fußminuten zum langen Strand von Ezzi Mannu. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man Stintino, La Pelosa und andere nicht weniger schöne, aber auch ruhigere Strände. Die Konzeption der Anlage lädt zum Austausch mit anderen Gästen ein (Einzelzimmer mit gemeinsamer Küchennutzung) bzw. kleinere sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartements mit externer Küche. Hier kocht man sozusagen gleich neben Nachbarsküche, was wir persönlich genossen haben. Die externe Küche ist etwas dem Wind ausgesetzt, jedoch kann im Notfall immer auf die gemeinsam genutzte Küche zurückgegriffen werden. Die Tipps, die uns Alessandra und Damian gegeben haben waren sehr hilfreich. Danke für alles, Alessandra, auch für die himmlischen Süßigkeiten von Demelas! Viel Erfolg bei deinen Projekten!

Alessandra and her friend are super nice, very kind and helpful. Place itself is cozy, very quiet with the beautiful sound of wind and the ocean on top a view in a sky full of stars. I enjoyed my stay very much and took advantage of the long beach on the one side and the stunning other side of the land tounge for walking on the cliffs and watching the sunset. I hardly recommand car and stay at Casa Maika.

Hi Alessandra, your appartment is OK, clean and nicely situated. The personnel is quite nice, nothing to critisize. But we think it's really way too expensive for what you get. Very few cooking equipment. No air condition (we knew about this, ok), but we really find it not OK to say that it is for ecological reasons, because you water your garden during day time, in full sun and have one-way plastic knives in the cupboards. We have lived in 6 different AIRBNB locations all over Sardinia this summer and yours was 13 € more expensive per night than the most expensive of the other ones (which were all more convenient and better equipped).
