Newly renovated and BEST location! Enjoy a fun and colorful stay at this family and small-pet friendly home! Nestled in the popular Yacht Club area with public beach access right down the street! It's only a 2 min drive to downtown Cape with plenty of dining options! Also a 2 min drive to bridge to Fort Myers, beaches, and Sanibel/Captiva Islands! An open floor plan awaits you inside with a large lanai, private heated pool, and canal water views! Escape and get tropical at Belle's Tropic Spot! Located just off Coronado Pkwy in the safe and popular Yacht Club area of Cape Coral Belle's Tropic Spot offers the convenience of everything the area has to offer while still being tucked away from traffic. The home greets guests with tons of natural light and front views of the famous Cape canals! The interior offers an open and spacious living/kitchen/dining space as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, both with custom tiled stand up showers. There is a washer and dryer located inside the garage space for guest convenience. Outside the double width driveway allows plenty of parking for vehicles and boats! The rear outdoor space includes a private heated pool, dining table, couch, sun lounge chairs, and flat screen TV on the HUGE deck! A gas grill is available for guest use on the deck as well. This home offers the old Florida charm of early Cape Coral but also all the modern updates needed for today's comfort.

The place is amazing!!! It’s spacious, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. My family of five had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The screened-in swimming pool was definitely everyone’s favorite. Lindsay was a wonderful host and quick to respond. The welcome snacks and extra touches like beach towels, beach chairs and full kitchen utensils were just a few pleasant bonuses. We would definitely love to stay at this place again.

Grate place for vacation
Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to everything we wanted to explore. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool – a heated pool wad early April was perfect! The home itself looked just like the pictures, stylish and comfortable. Plus, it was stocked with everything we needed for a seamless stay. A special shoutout to our host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing getaway!
Belle’s Tropic was exactly as advertised. It was a great getaway for Spring Break. The decor is tropical and fun. We enjoyed the heated pool daily. The local restaurants were delicious and the beaches were a quick drive away. Lindsay was very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay.

My husband Mike and I are from Kentucky, but have fallen in love with SWFL as our second home for the past 8 years! We are blessed with a small piece of the Cape paradise to share with guests! Our homes were built in the early 1960s just after Cape Coral was founded as the "Waterfront Wonderland" so we aimed to keep some old FL charm while offering updated amenities.
