Cozy little one bedroom townhouse apartment. The wife and I were back visiting our alma mater and we definitely got nostalgic college vibes from Jenifer’s place. Just blocks from WKU’s campus. Walkable to Hilly’s, Mellow Mushroom, and other bar and grill options.

This is listed as entire home but it is a duplex. This was very disappointing as we booked this listing for privacy! We could hear the people in the other unit talking and i'm sure they could hear us. The pictures listed don't show it as a duplex and make the unit seem nicer than it actually is. It is run down and could us a face life. Most noticeable is all the cracked and broken tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, i would consider this a safety hazard. The unit was clean and did have a very comfortable bed. We would not stay here again.
