Lovely 3 bedroom detached family home in a popular residential area of Droitwich Spa. Ideally located for travel into Droitwich, Worcester, Birmingham and the M5. In a quiet neighbourhood. Pets welcome 🐶🐱 Hungry horse, BP station and Sainsbury’s within walking distance. Shops and retail park nearby. Plenty of parking spaces Garage will not be available The house offers a spacious lounge, with large front facing window and fireplace. The lounge leads through to a fully fitted kitchen/diner, with integrated oven & gas hob, dishwasher & fridge/freezer and washing machine. Table for 6 people next to the patio doors leading out to the rear garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath. To the rear of the property is a good sized garden with a paved patio area. To the front is off road parking, single garage and small lawned garden.

Perfect little spot for our families to get together… we’re in wales and family in Birmingham so this was our in between, local pub, petrol station and M&S in walking distance so had everything we needed 🥰

We really didn’t spend much time in the house as seeing family and friends, just sleeping. Ideal location for us. Parked on road as drive steep and not really big enough for bigger cars, but fine as quiet location and locals appear to do same. Would certainly re visit.
Nice 3 bed house for our time away. It was clean and tidy, and as described in the listing. It was a shame that the property has no Wi-Fi, which we didn’t realise until we arrived and the TV didn’t work either. Other than that we enjoyed our time here.
