The location is very quiet street in the center of Flörsheim and it is ver close the main river(5 minutes by walking).
On the riverbank, you can have daily trip and sport and moreover Flörsheim provides some of the old and nicest restaurant in the neighborhood.
The cycling path along the river main is beautiful.
Flörsheim's famous shopping center Kollonade is just 3 minutes away by walking where you can find the supermarkets like Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM and many more.
Just next to the house there is a Doner shop from which you can grap your sandwich
There are parks nearby for the children to play.
