Melanie was a super host! Very accommodating with our every request. It feels like a relative is accommodating us. Very friendly, considerate and kind. The place was superb. It was like a hotel with amenities of a house. They have everything you need in a house. Check in was very easy. It was self check in, yet we are greeted by a surprise personalized greeting and even snacks! It feels like we check in a 5 start hotel. Way even better. Our every need was anticipated she even provided extra tissues, towels and blanket. The condo also has air-conditioned gym and infinity pool in the 3rd floor. The condo staff was also very accommodating with our luggages they have luggage storage and luggage trolly they even get our luggage like in the hotel. The place was walking distance in starbucks, convenience store, convention center and mall. Also its near the festive walk where at night you can feast on food. The price of this accomodation is so cheap compared to convenience it has to offer.

My stay at Melanie's place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host, was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location of St. honore was perfect for exploring the Iloilo City. The space itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made the place feel cozy and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and well-stocked with essentials, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. Communication with Miss Apple was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot-on and enhanced my experience in Festive Walk Iloilo. Overall, I can't recommend Melanie's place enough. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. -Lovelyn

This place was perfect for us. Very close to everything, a pool to play in, a kitchenette, working washing machine and Netflix. Everything that a family of four needed! Just beware, if you have friends or family in Iloilo, they will want to come and see the place. They are curious. Check in with Melanie beforehand or reception may reject them. Also, the pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays.

It has been a pleasure and a wonderful stay at Melanie's flat. We were welcomed warmly with complimentary snacks and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath towels etc - they smell divine and soft on the hair). T.he flat is clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need with the comforts of home. We greatly enjoyed the pool and fitness area. Place is highly accessible to cash machines, bakery, malls, cafes, restos and transportation going to airport or to city center. I would like to commend Melanie's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. Melanie's flat is highly recommended and would surely love to stay again in the future. Thank you!
