Super clean and comfortable to stay. affordable price. loved the view. Matched the description/ picture. everything was well equipped especially the kitchen. we stayed comfortably like at home! the roads around were great for jogging.

Lovely and very clean house. i think it was the cleanest house I stayed in in Malaysia.. The host is friendly. and the view outside is beautiful.! The market is right next to the condo. The price is reasonable and we'll book again next time!!!

The place was impeccably clean and minimalistic with furnishing. Given the inflated ratings in Johor, we felt this place fully deserve the 5 stars for the following: - fully finished kitchen with proper gas stove, cutlery and proper plates and bowls for kids. Plus rice cooker, air fryer and pots pans for those who need to cook for babies. - one of the very few hosts thoughtful enough to provide paper towels in the kitchen - finally a proper toilet and proper fittings and good drainage! The shower head had good water pressure with proper hot water - the place was really really clean, much better than some other places with 5 star cleanliness ratings. - Teega residence estate was quite well maintained, and the facilities and security are top notch. What can be improved: - larger bathroom towels (the towels provided were slightly larger than face towel size) - a bedside table in the rooms would be nice
