Medium size room with queen bed with large bed headrest, built in robes and drawers built into the bed base. Two bedside tables. Balcony has 2 outdoor chairs. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beach right across the road. Bus stop at front. Walking distance to shops, cafes, and train station. Perfect for summer. Most of the time host is not home. 35 minutes to City and 30 minutes to Mornington Peninsula. Refer to photos. Please let me know if you need to know further details.

it was very comfortable living at matthew’s place. the beach was just at the front and the place was very quite and comfortable. 100 percent recommended 👍

Great place to stay, cleaning was spotless, we were there for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Matthew is a fantastic host. The neighborhood is beautiful, next to the beach (dog friendly beach), super quiet.
Matthew was accommodating and proactive. the room is big and the bed comfortable. The beach is right opposite with gorgeous sunsets and coffee/ice cream vans. People drive from all over on a sunny weekend and parking is worth its weight in gold, but with Mathew's place you can just cross the street. Five stars!!! 😊
Really nice place just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Matthew is a great host and was flexible with our check out. Can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Coastal and quiet neighbourhood location. Popular destination for beach walks, sunbathing, swimming, bike riding, and cafes/bars/restaurants in nearby Mordialloc, Mentone and Parkdale.
You have one dedicated car space (Number 12 car space) and access to shared visitor parking (Please note, there are only 3 visitor car parking spots and they are not guaranteed to always be available). There’s plenty of free street parking on nearby Antibes Street.
