This place is very scenic with a balcony overlooking the lake and the animals. Enjoyed feeding the longhorns and donkeys!!! We liked the privacy and quietness.

From the moment I reached out to Angie she was welcoming and helpful. Check in and check out was simple and problem free. The property is gorgeous and the apartment above the barn is brand new, immaculate and had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. We loved feeding the longhorns and donkeys and sat on the deck to watch birds, turtles and frogs. It was great that we could bring our dog. She loved running around the property, taking in the view and watching the animals. Angie gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. She even offered to pick some things up when she was in town. All in all, one of my best Airbnb experiences. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Angie was the perfect host. Thought of all the necessities for our stay. Water, coffee, teas, creamers (absolutely must haves). The place is very clean and prestine and super comfortable. The live wildllower displays were such a nice touch to the ranch stay experience. Loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise along with the cool longhorns on the property. And we cannot forget our sweet friend Pablo the donkey. Perfect quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle. We look forward to our next stay at this gem again!

My mother and I were in town to shop Warrenton and Round top and this was an easy, beautiful drive from the Antique week show. We come twice a year for the last 15 years and this is the most beautiful, clean and comfortable Air bnb we have stayed. If you travel to shop antique week and this to your list of must stays! The host was very easy to work with and check in was a breeze. This was a Great escape from the big city, a wonderful getaway...M3 Ranch is a slice of heaven & so peaceful. We highly recommend this place and plan to go back for a few nights just to rest, rejuvenate and enjoy the serenity! Thanks M3 Ranch!

Relaxing weekend getaway and close proximity to Round Top, Texas for fun shopping. Perfect for a couples weekend. A private deck overlooking the pond. The guest house is located next to the main house/owners. Beautiful property!
