Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Barwon River, this charming architecturally designed family home invites you into a world of comfort and tranquillity. Professionally cleaned and laundered, one of the standout features of this property is the open plan living, kitchen and dining space which overlooks the main balcony showcasing the beautiful views of the Barwon River. The master bedroom with king size bed, walk through robe and ensuite are located on the first level along with the study boasting a piano and a powder room. Descending the stairs, the lower level unveils two more bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the other a double bed), one with built in robes and the second with a lovely walk in robe. There is an additional living space providing a private retreat with access to the second balcony perfect for rest and relaxation.

We truly loved our stay! The house is truly amazing, gorgeous view and super close to everything. The beds were very comfy and the house was just SO clean! We will definitely be back :)
Amazing! Warren's house is just stunning with the most amazing view over the hills and river. I stayed here with my bridal party before my wedding and then with my partner for a few days afterwards and it was just the perfect retreat for us! House was spotlessly clean, Warren's communication was excellent including signage in the house and the house exceeds the photos. We had everything we needed, thank you for an exceptional stay!

Had a great stay here. A really cool and clean house with an awesome view of the Barwon river. Also a very helpful and responsive host who allowed us an early check in. I hope to be back sometime!

We provide two free parking spaces under the carport on site at the property. There are a couple of on street free parks in the street.
