This airbnb was perfect for what we needed! I booked this place for work colleagues so the location was perfect and everyone was able to have their own private space. Very clean and Brandon was incredibly communicative!
Due to the dirty handrails and blood soiled mattress cover and the garbage outside the back was all over the place. Grave was open the whole time. No privacy in the back. We had on hiccup which we were not able to get into the home. We called and it took a bit to inside. But, all was ok after we got inside. We just felt a bit uneasy since the key was not in the lock box and s the swelling company or owner could open and close without being there, kept us slightly uncomfortable. You need to add a security j side where you can lock intruders from coming inside.
This house was AMAZING! The interior was beautifully designed, the space felt very welcoming and comfortable, and met all our needs while visiting D.C. And location on was perfect to walk or easily travel to all the top tourist areas we spent time visiting. Brandon and team were fast to respond to questions we had during our time there - so appreciative to have that consistently helpful communication available to us. Would highly recommend a stay here. Many thanks for a wonderful location for our trip!
Brandon’s place is spectacular. It is very well decorated and spotless. All amenities were top tier! The mattresses were super comfortable and we slept wonderfully. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the roof top deck. I would absolutely stay here again. The location is walkable to all of DC’s monuments and great restaurants.
The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. it is exactly as described in the photos and descriptions that Brandon provides. It's also conveniently located to downtown DC and Capitol Hill. I can't recommend it enough

The Logan Circle neighborhood runs to the east along P Street and stretches north along the 14th Street Corridor, where sidewalk cafés, a handful of sights, and two theaters—Source DC and Studio—draw a lively nightlife crowd.
Logan Circle is one of the city’s trendiest neighborhoods, drawing a fashionable young crowd to 14th Street’s stylish home-decor stores and hip restaurants, gay bars and craft beer pubs. The long-established Studio Theatre presents boundary-pushing contemporary performances, and offers acting lessons. Charming, well-preserved Victorian houses are grouped around the leafy namesake traffic circle.
The closets METRO subway rail station is at the 7th Stree / Convention Center stop on the Green/Yellow lines. It's a 10 minute walk from the home.
There are multiple bus stops within a 5 minute walk but few people use the buses.
Uber / Taxi / Lyft are common and readily available.
There are also scooters / bikes for rent all around the area by simply using your smartphone.
With off-street parking available to you, it's very easy to drive around town as well, and return to the house and park easily without worry of ever getting a ticket.
