Wasn’t responsive, me and my friend we both felt that they had a bit of a attitude, place was not clean at all.

ZERO check in instructions. Normally self check in is done with a code or lock box but you have to meet “building staff” for a key. So we adjusted our plans to meet building staff at 3:00 but no one arrived until 3:40. Person who did arrive was a cleaning lady so she needed another 40-50 minutes to clean making our check in much later. Host seemed annoyed that we kept calling and we basically had to speak with her staff to understand what is happening. So why not provide their information with the check in instructions if you don’t want to be bothered? Once we got the key it was just for the entrance door. There was no way to lock the door to the apartment. Matter of fact the door lock was on the wrong way so someone from upstairs could lock the door from the outside of the apartment but we could not even lock it while we are inside. Apartment looks like pictures but it was only equipped with one single bath towel and one plate. No face towels no hand towels no kitchen towels.
