reibungslose checkin, war manchmal laut in der Wohnung wegen entweder Mitbewohner oder/und Nachbarn. allerdings Stergios war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte ein angenehmes Urlaub in München
We spent one night in Stergios place, we haven't met him but I appreciated the instructions for acces and the room. Close to public transportation and quiet neighborhood. I would stay again if I would be in Munich.
We had a good time at Stergios’. The roommate was also very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is located in a quiet area mostly inhabited by families and older people. So it's very quiet.
There are also several parks and a playground nearby as soon as you walk outside the front door.
Also very close is a central square with a subway and bus stop, several bakers, a drugstore, several supermarkets, a pharmacy, a medical center, a kebab shop and much more.
So overall very quiet and conveniently located.

It's 20 minutes to the center, 30 minutes to the main train station and an hour from Munich Airport.
We don't have our own parking spaces, but you can quickly find a suitable parking space in the surrounding streets.
