*LOCATION* - hear, see and feel the ocean from your private flat - with only the grass of Arthur Byrne Reserve between your feet and the sand at South Maroubra Surf Club (150m walk downhill). This unique 1 bedroom flat is secluded yet attached to the main house. Your own private entrance, private internal space and outdoor BBQ facilities. We are a 200m walk to the South Maroubra shopping village (Woolies shop, bottle shop, bakery, pharmacy) and South End Hotel. Bus stop to Airport/CBD/Bondi. This is a private, hidden gem - so close to the park and Maroubra beach. You can see, hear and feel the ocean from different spots during your stay. We've recently refurbished this space and it is a brand new air bnb offering. You have your own private entrance and space. It's got everything you need for an amazing stay - a separate bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fans, brand new kitchenette, bathroom with shower and beautiful dining/living space. You're going to love seeing the ocean from your own bbq area.! Please note - we live above you in the property (completely separate/private space). You will be able to hear footsteps and some noise as we have a 2 year old daughter. However, we are very quiet in the evening after 7.30pm.

Excellent place in a great location. One or two minutes walk to the beach and lots of cafes, shops and amenities are just a short drive away. The place has been very recently renovated and was so clean and comfortable. Shower and bed both excellent. Leanne was very responsive in her communication and very friendly when we ran into her. Highly recommended.
We just had the loveliest two weeks stay in Leanne’s and chads apartment. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. What stood out for us was definitely the location, the place is about a 5 minute walk from the beach, we got to watch so many beautiful sunrises! The buses and a woolies are less than five minute walk away as well which was very handy. Leanne and chad were so friendly and helpful, they checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything and nothing was too much to ask! Thank you both for such a lovely stay ☺️
The BEST place to stay in Maroubra! Leanne, chad and their gorgeous little girl were the dream hosts! Super easy going, friendly, nothing was too much to ask, the list goes on…. The place was perfect for us. Super cosy and felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t rate this place higher. Just wish we could have stayed longer ☘️ ❤️
Absolutely loved our stay here! Perfect little spot by the beach with everything you could need or want! Really close to bus stops with easy connections to the city and routes along the coastline to explore more of the beautiful beaches. Friendly and helpful hosts! Would’ve loved to stay longer. Very quiet!!! We are right on the edge of the Arthur Byrne Reserve with beautiful sounds of the ocean and the birds in the trees.
We are connected to a footpath that goes directly to the beach (150m) so you can hear some very gentle chatter of people passing by.
There is a bus stop just across the street or plenty of buses that go to Maroubra beach.
There is plenty of free street parking available.
