You have access to a full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make your own meals: pots, pans, dish-wear, cups, plates, coffee maker etc. Kitchen table with chairs for dining and games! -In the first bedroom there is a Queen bed! -In the Second Bedroom there is a Full sized bed with a dedicated workspace. In the living room there is a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. 50" TV with Roku for streaming access. In the living room there is a Queen sized pull out couch and a full sized memory foam futon. In unit washer and dryer. Fully fenced private back yard. Cameras around property to insure safety.

Had an amazing stay in this quaint historical district of Albuquerque! Location was amazing. Walkable to numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Felt very safe in this neighborhood, It was very quiet and had no issues during my stay. The Airbnb itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Host was very responsive and helped tend to all of our needs!!! Will most definitely be back!!!

I'll start off with the positives. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The home was easy to get into and easy to find. Inside, the was a very aggressive smell of some sort of air freshener that took my breath away and I felt I could feel it in my lungs. It's a cute place, just on the older side. It's very basic. Now there were negatives. The area in which we were in was not a safe area to the degree where we had to find another place. There are bars on windows in the neighborhood and generally speaking Albuquerque is a very unsafe city. We ended up finding a nice enough hotel in the North East but I would seriously stay in a different town if I were you and if you're able. Not safe for a family.

We're located in the historic Huning Highlands district in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is ample public street parking right in front of the duplex!
