The bed and room temp was very comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful about providing most things we needed! Good instructions and clean. We appreciated using the grill and visits from their sweet dog, Kona. Great stay for a weekend/couple days! The place is quite small and doesn't have a full kitchen (no sink or stovetop or oven so may not be a good fit if you are hoping to cook meals or have a longer stay). There is only one sink and it is in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we weren't able to refill the Keurig or our water bottles because the faucet was too low which was a bit inconvenient. We filled some coffee cups with water to do so. You may want to bring a case of water with you. We highly recommend checking out the MN Traders Co. coffee shop in Pequot Lakes for the smoothest, most amazing mocha I've ever had! Great food too. We enjoyed our weekend stay! Thank you to our hosts.

Was presenting at a conference at Breezy Point and looking for something in the area. This place is less than 5 minutes away which was perfect. Also nearby are some great restaurants, I'd highly recommend the supper clubs in the area. Mandi was very quick with responses with questions we had or local recommendations in the area. The Airbnb is in a very quiet area away from the resorts which we loved. Loved the patio area where we'd have meals or enjoy a glass of wine admiring the views of the water and dock area. The area is also close to some hiking trails which we checked out one day. Would definitely come back and stay longer!

Mandi and Tom’s place was great! They were awesome hosts and we’ll definitely be back! They made us feel right at home at their place. They were very accommodating and welcoming. We loved getting to know them at the tiki bar and hanging out in the lake at the end of the dock. It was a great weekend!

What a great place! Beautiful location. Mandi was so kind and welcoming. And their dog Kona is the kindest pup. Will definitely come back. 5 stars all the way
