This location is great if you want to enjoy a good beach. And they have a good pool also.

David’s place was as shown on pictures . There was sand in David’s place not a huge issue. I was a bit confused about the non reserved parking as I was told that we could only park in the reserved parking for one vehicle and that if we had two vehicles we had to park one of them 0.5 miles away and when I asked about possibly purchasing another parking spot I never got a response . when we got there the packet had 2 parking passes.

I made a mistake in booking at this location. I wanted to be on the beach with a gulf view and I did get that. However, this is a very big building with many units and lots of people. I was looking for peace and beauty at the beach. This is not the place for that. The beach and pool were amazing, but the elevators and parking garage were a nightmare! After the first day we tried to find restaurants within walking distance just so we could avoid dealing with the parking garage. Despite the policies that all residents and guests are supposed to abide by, there was a lot of yelling and noise, boys spitting over the balcony, and the constant smell of marijuana wafting up while we were sitting on the balcony. I think this place would be great for a group of young people. It is big enough for 8 and if they split the cost, they could manage it. The closet in the queen bedroom was locked. That kinda sucked and there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. Little things go a long way.

The condo was amazing! My husband and I stayed with another couple and we had plenty of room. It was nice that each bedroom had a designated bathroom. Balcony was great. Well stocked kitchen supplies. The pool was absolutely beautiful. Easy access to the beach

We loved the place the staff at the hotel were kind of rude at checkin but David was an amazing host and the room was perfect
