Had a pleasant experience at the place! It was neat and tidy when we arrived, and the care taker was extremely helpful throughout our stay. It's a quiet area so it's suitable for families with elderlies.

The place is definitely cozy and homey. Would recommend if you are looking for a quite and serene place to stay. 1-2 mins walk from the beach and it’s not crowded. You can also find restau and convenience (sari-sari) store nearby. Wifi connection is excellent!

The place really has a homey vibe. Very accessible to the white beach. We got all we need. I love that aside from the bath towels, they also provided beach towels — perfect because we forgot to bring our own panlatag. Unit is very spacious for our family of 8. All sheets, blankets, & pillows are soft and clean — free of bugs/insects. The ACs are super cold. Fast wifi as well. Even though we experienced power outage, they provided emergency lights and electric fans. But it only occurred once and it lasted for a few moments only. The hosts and ate Jhema are very responsive and hands on. Thank you! We will be back again. 🤍

The place is near the beach, the owner is very approachable and easy to talk to. The caretaker greeted us upon arrival and explained all instructions really well. The place is clean and big enough for 7 adults. Overall, we loved our stay. Will definitely recommend to my friends who's thinking of visiting boracay.
