Nick was responsive from the start and courteous, communicated very clearly. The price was really good. Everything in the apartment is complete and as advertised. A highlight is the kids room which comes with lots of toys, and the drying rack at the back of the apartment was great. There is a microwave and minibar and a separate outdoor kitchen. However it would have been good to have basic cooking facilities like a small stove and a pot and frying pan. The apartment has a basic communal swimming pool which the kids enjoyed. The water in the pool is warm and nice. One point to note is the faucet at the wet kitchen was broken. Overall quite an old apartment but it was clean enough and maintained ok. Location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the A Famosa Waterpark and Safari, and just an hour plus from KL. A note that Malacca town is a good 45 min away.. The nearest makan place is at A Famosa Freeport, 5 min away. Aside that, the nearest townships are maybe 15 min away

Accommodation was overall good and nick was flexible on my check in where initially i was worried about it since i'm bringing an infant along with me. The house was clean and kids friendly with some board games to entertain the children.

This is an excellent place to stay, highly recommend to family who are looking for trip at Melaka A-Famosa Resort. This homestay is much better compare to other accommodation which I stayed many years ago. My kids very enjoy and love the room so much. The house facilities and designs were definitely as in the described and photos shown. The owner very responsive. I would say that for this price, it was a perfect choice for us!
