Relax with the whole family at this beautiful new construction, close to BSW and Ft. Cavazos (Hood). We're a military family spending the summer out of state while Dad is overseas! Because this is our primary residence, it's incredibly well equipped so that you can feel right at home. Perfect for a military family PCSing to the area and waiting on housing or travel nurses. Our vegan leather couch wipes clean for a worry free stay for parents with kids or pets. The queen and full beds are low to the ground - perfect for toddlers and younger children! Plenty of toys, books, & puzzles The master bedroom features a king bed with Nectar mattress, two night stands, a dresser, and a smart TV. A desk with a gaming chair is perfect for remote work. The master bathroom has a double vanity, standing shower, a large garden tub (no jets), and a private toilet area. The second bedroom features a queen bed, black out curtains, a tall dresser, and a small TV with Amazon fire stick. The third bedroom features a full bed, dresser, and a full sized crib. A changing pad will be left in the closet to be used on top of the dresser - crib sheets and changing pad covers provided. The second bathroom, adjacent to these two bedrooms, has a large vanity and tub / shower combo with removable shower head. The third bathroom has a medium sized vanity and a standing shower (no tub in this bathroom). The property does have a fourth bedroom that will be inaccessible and used for owner storage. Our PS5 is hooked up to the living room TV. our printer is also available in the secretary desk in the living room.
