Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 4 piece acre of land with front cliff views of Desechéo and Peña Blanca. Equipped with a full array of amenities such as a 5x5 front cliff fire pit, private access to the far corner of Peña Blanca Beach, a cliffside pool, an Argentinian Style Grill and Outdoor kitchen. In the summer the beach is excellent for bathing, swimming, snorkeling and kayaking; During winter it is surfing season and you can only do just about that. Its Mediterranean/colonial architecture. This house is 6,000 square feet. Its BIG, its shared with the owner but there's no chance you'd see them, its that big. It also sits in a 4 acre cliff side piece of land and has a working staff of 3 people. Maintenance is required daily.

Peaceful place, the bed were very comfy, we love the beaches around and the places to go out to eat are very close. Very friendly and communicative host.
The space is exactly as described. Pros: The location was private but easy to reach everything around The beds were really comfortable The host was great to communicate and reach Cons Pool was full of leaves, water didn’t look clean. We didn’t had water on Sunday, however, host was kind to bring us gallons of water. Feedback A small fridge would be a great addition, we knew the space didn’t offer and bring our own fridge but would be an amazing addition and would take the space to next level. Closet space, we were staying for a formal event it was hard to find a way to hang the dresses.
Es la segunda vez que me quedo en el lugar. Me gusta mucho la tranquilidad y la accesibilidad hacia la playa. Muchos lugares para comer por los alrededores.

This land is a 5 minute walk away from the Reserva Natural de Playuela . Multiple surfing areas are located there including wishing well, pressure point, el mix and wilderness.
In the reserve there is also the famous Hoyo 8 MTB mountain bike trail, about 15 miles of very technical trail and other fun mountain bike trails.
In Puerto Rico in general you'll need a car public transportation is practically non existent and taxis are expensive and Uber takes 30-45 minutes on the island except in the metropolitan area and that if there's any available. This location is 7-9 minutes away from the Rafael Hernandez Airport. It's easy to get here in car and the property offers lots of parking space. Peña blanca Beach is just a 5 minute walk, but if you insist in taking your car there's parking lots around the area that charge about $5-10 a day.
