After reading the previous review of 1 Star, we were hesitant to stay. But after arriving and scoping out the house/backyard, we were fine. Yes, the neighbors have dogs that barked a lot when our dogs went to the fence but we managed. Waved to the neighbors, and they were friendly enough! The house was clean and quaint. Matched the description. We were missing towels upon arrival, but the host sent someone over to drop off fresh towels promptly. It was close to everything we needed. Overall a great stay! Note: It was my husband, my 1.5 year old and two dogs who stayed in this airbnb.

I was going to stay here as I am displaced from my house. I was there for 30 minutes, my fiancé took the dog outside in the back on a leash where there were multiple dogs leashed up. The location of the air bnb is not in a safe area at all and I would not feel safe leaving my dog at home while I was at work, OR me being there without my fiancé there. There are many people from, or familiar with, surrounding area that claimed this was not a safe area at all after discussing situation with them. I wish I would have known prior to booking, however figured it was sad because it says “family friendly”. When I had notified host, they said no refund was possible as from policy-which I understood because of the time being. On the day I was to check out the actual host, not from the company “Traverse”, personally texted me asking if there was any way that “they could convince me to give them a 5 star review.” Despite me not staying at all because I didn’t feel safe at all.

Great place for a quick trip to hampton to enjoy a show at the coliseum! Very close to all Hampton has to offer!

Nice quiet place with a fenced in back yard, great for a dog. It was just what we were looking for!

It was a great place to stay and very clean. Traverse was responsive with communication. The only issue we had was that the description said 2 bathrooms in the 1st description area online so it came up in my 2bed, 2 bath search on Air BNB but there was only 1 bathroom. Another area in the below description said 1 bath but that was easily missed sonce the titled description read 2 baths. This may have been a typo and it was corrected online once we contacted them. We like to have 2 bathrooms when we travel so we have our own private space. We adjusted to the 1 bath during our stay. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
