Situated in a comfortable and friendly holiday park The chalet is within walking distance of the small town and The Stalham broads and waterways, where boats can be hired. The chalet would suit a family with children or serve as a calm place to visit and rest up in if you just need to escape from busy life. Local beaches are a short drive away allowing great opportunities to experience wild life, This space This chalet is a great place to rest and enjoy all that Norfolk offers. A quick drive to multiple beautiful beaches, including Happisburgh, Eccles on Sea, Sea Palling, Waxham and Horsey Beach. You are close to nature here and may experience sightings of seals, Norfolk common cranes and Natterjack toads. The historic city of Norwich is a trip on the local bus and Great Yarmouth, Winterton on Sea and Hemsby are great nearby seaside towns/villages. You can bring one dog to accompany you on your holiday. The chalet is situated near to large grass areas where children can play, people can rest and socialise. The chalet includes all that is needed for a relaxing stay, such as a comfortable sofa, kitchen with appliances and utensils, dining area, bathroom with shower and a bath, bedrooms and mattresses ( this can be 4 single beds or 1 double and 2 singles, a travel cot or small baby crib can also be included) Bedding is included within your stay along with tea towels/ oven gloves /hand and bath towels. The boiler tank for the chalet is only a small unit and would not fill the bath for adult use. It serves for small children. The bathroom includes a shower. You will also find a widescreen T.V and DVD player. The kitchen contains a kettle, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The property contains a smoke alarm and small first aid pack. There are standing heaters for Winter bookings. The electric in the chalet is coin operated. The meter takes £1 or £2 coins, and it is your responsibility to pay for the supply during your stay. The park is friendly and includes an outdoor swimming pool (which is privately owned and opens at the end of May until September). The pool is included in the price of the rental. There is also a toddler pool and a play area. There is maintained garden areas to sit and relax in. You can eat at the clubhouse and safely watch your children play and swim. The clubhouse is privately owned and is under new management, there is regular entertainment, with live music at the weekend. The clubhouse has a bar and sells excellent food in the dining area. (The Clubhouse is closed in the winter months) Please note -No companies or business bookings allowed -If we have availability for an earlier check in the price will be £10.00 for a check in at 12:30 a.m -As the clubhouse is independently owned. The opening hours and use of pool/entertainment/ children's play area are privately managed and any decisions made are not decided by Chalet owners -One dog is allowed to stay in the chalet for an extra cost of £15 per stay.
