Unique place . Very Clean. Was a little confused when we first got there. We didn’t realize the fourth bedroom and bathroom were a complete separate unit from the main house. We never even used it but cute idea! We unfortunately got the brunt of 65 mph winds our entire stay the house held up great but man we heard everything beating against it! Short drive to Stagecoach Festival! Which was perfect! Relaxed cooked and enjoyed quiet times with good friends!

My stay was OUTSTANDING!! The home is pretty, welcoming and smelled great! The view is to die for. Super pretty at night with the lights on. You also can see the stars sparkling in the Night Sky. Marlee and Pete are fabulous host. They responded back in a timely manner if I needed anything. My family enjoyed their stay too. Plenty of family games to play sharing a lot of laughs and good times. If you’re ever in the Palm Springs area don’t hesitate book this Lovely Home!!

This was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of room, everything was thoughtfully arraigned for hanging out and relaxing. The front patio was a great place to spend the morning enjoying the view. The location is perfectly situated so you can easily drive up to Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree or down to Palm Springs to take advantage of the different vibes.

We had an amazing stay at the Roadrunner Ranch. Absolutely stunning location and very private. The interior is tastefully decorated and clean. We enjoyed the high quality stereo and plethora of boardgames. Patio was also a great feature. Highly reccomended.
