Very spacious, clean, lovely apartment just 3 minutes from the convention center. Only downside is that walls are thin, I could here people next doors watching TV and talking.

A potential for 5 stars! There are few things to twik - and it is almost there. The building is very safe, the apartment looks inside the court, which makes it quiet. It is close to the metro and a very good bus line 80 that goes all the way to Montmartre, passing by Eiffel tower and Champs Élysées. Also, it is also right on the corner of big boulevard Victor which is convenient for Uber/taxi. The apartment is big and has been recently renovated. There is a lot of storage for a longer stay; both queen beds are confortables and a sofa in the living room is big and comfortable. The kitchen is functional but it needs a few more plugs (it is not the owners fault) and more dishes. There were enough towels and extra covers. For those who want a croissant first thing in the morning, there is no boulangerie close by but there are a lot of restaurants. There is a cute "secret room" :) Overall - a convenient location; a renovated apartment; responsive and very accommodating owners.

Excellente expérience, hôte agréable, bel accueil. Le logement est fidèle à la description et très proche du parc des expositions ce qui a faciliter ma visite tout au long de la semaine.

I think the host has some improvements to make and they are only small things , some general cleaning could be done and some additional items added to the kitchen , some information on trash take out etc
