Great location, nicely designed apartment, quiet, yet close to supermarket, beach and restaurants. The swimming pool was great, especially when you travel with kids. Also, the apartment has all the equipment you need

Schöne Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage im Pinienwald. Leider war der Boden und Teile der Oberflächen nicht besonders gründlich geputzt als wir angekommen sind. Ob das immer so ist oder nur ein einmaliger Fall kann ich nicht beurteilen. Durch den Pinienwald gibt es außerdem sehr viele Mücken - das sollte man wissen bevor man sich dafür entscheidet. Stefano und seine Kollegen haben aber viel getan um den Gast zu schützen. Der Kontakt mit Filippo und Francesco war sehr freundlich. Antworten auf Fragen kamen super schnell.

We had a beautiful time at Stefano‘s place. We loved the smart renovation and modern interior design of the apartment as being very clean yet cozy. Filippo (co-host) welcomed us at check-in and helped us with very prompt and helpful responses when we needed help. The only thing that wasn‘t ideal is that we came here out of season which made it a little inconvenient to find attractions for the children. We also missed the opening of the joined pool which we knew before but think this would have made our stay even nicer than it was. One thing to have in mind when travelling here is the mosquitos. Stefano has placed some citrus candles in the cupboard but we recommend to bring some spray should you tend to mosquito bites. Overall, we are very happy with both the apartment and the host / co-host.
