Amazing location on the shore of Loch Ewe. Lochside enjoys breathtaking views across Loch Ewe to the Isle of Ewe, and the Torridon mountains. Access to the loch and foreshore is direct via the garden gate. There are many hikes locally ranging from easy to epic. For watersport enthusiasts there is a public jetty, slipway and beach 50m from the garden gate. Lochside has been stylishly modernised and is a great base to explore the many things that the Wester Ross area has to offer. This 3 bedroom former crofters cottage has been refurbished in recent times. Design is at the centre of everything in creating cool and comfortable living spaces in the most spectacular of locations. On the ground floor is the master bedroom, a shower room/toilet a living area with smart TV and comfy seating. and a kitchen/dining area. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and a great space for drying wet suits/clothes and a sink for cleaning off muddy footwear! Upstairs are a further two bedrooms. One double with a king size bed and one twin room with 2 single beds. Also upstairs is a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The house is very well equipped with high quality fixtures, fittings, furniture and appliances. The kitchen has everything you will need and more! There is a wood burner in the living room for which logs are provided. IOn addition the house has a recently installed gas central heating system and is super well insulated so its a warm house all year round. Externally there are gardens between the house and Loch. The foreshore is immediately outside the garden gate which, with the high tide mark only metres away. Approximately 50m to the left outside the garden gate is a slipway, jetty and a beach that have direct public access and suitable for launching small boats/kayaks and paddle boards from. When the tide is in you can launch kayaks and paddle boards from beside the garden gate.
