This cottage is 3 walking blocks to the Elk River, the ice cream parlor, coffee shop, pizza & Mexican restaurant, Shadow Lake night club, and grocery store. Thirty minutes to mountain biking in Bentonville or Bella Vista, AR . Cute kitchenette with a gas stove, full size refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, dishes, cookware, and utensils. There is no dishwasher. A maple dinette seats 4. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have black out curtains. 100% cotton sheets and bath towels provided. Come enjoy a nice, hot bath or shower after a day on the river or long work day. If you enjoy a hot bath, this is the tub for you. The living room has a couch, recliner, TV, writing desk, and a picture window...great if you like people watching on Main Street! House minisplit provides heat and AC (not central Heat/Air). A gas wall heater provides supplemental heat. Several river resorts are nearby with kayak/tube rentals and drop off/pick up services.
