Was disappointed the A/C did not work

No major issues but not great either. There were just too many unfortunate things that made it less than a great stay. On the plus side: lots of space, good beds, decent location, strong Wi-Fi, not a bad value. But many things are very dated and some are broken: the kitchen cabinets and appliances have seen better days, the microwave was missing the part that allows the plate inside to rotate. The door to the deck in the back could not be locked. There are issues with water pressure: water in the shower suddenly gets hot or cold. The cold water handle in the master bathroom sink is half-broken. The master bedroom has no windows! Master shower had no shampoo. Overall the place has a kind of a bare, unwelcoming vibe. It is right by a busy road which gets a bit noisy. Any of these by itself wouldn't be a big deal but together... To be fair, Paul reached out asking about things that needed fixing, but we were there for a short time and did not want repairmen stomping around.

Paul was very friendly, gave me tones of recommendations for restaurants. The house itself is nice and clean.

The house was really nice and comfortable I would just say the tv in the bathroom didn’t work and you need instructions on how to use the shower in one bathroom but the house was very clean and plenty of space and amenities except washer and dryer which is a big necessity but overall I would definitely recommend this house and visit again

Thank you so much to Paul! I had two other reservations cancelled during the eclipse but he kept his word and let us stay! Very good gentleman, always checking up via text as well!
