Surrounded by lots of fresh air and green meadows, we have created a small oasis of well-being in Kraiham near Seekirchen. A wonderful place to relax and recharge your batteries. The terraced house is modern, cozy and fully equipped. Welcome to our accommodation "SONNTAGSKIND"! We are delighted to welcome you to our modernly furnished ground floor apartment with terrace and garden. Get ready to enjoy the breathtaking view of the green meadows surrounding the property. Once you enter the house, at the end of the corridor, you will find your accommodation for the booked period. The entrance area provides a glimpse into the cozy living space. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination and a separate toilet. A comfortable bedroom and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room corner await you. From here, you have direct access to your own garden, where you can relax and soak in the natural surroundings. Our pool area, with a generously sized solar-heated pool (10x5 m), invites you to unwind and bask in the sun. In addition to a seating area, there are comfortable sun loungers available for your relaxation. The pool is open from May to September and can be enjoyed daily from 8am to 8pm, subject to weather conditions and outside temperature. This area is shared among all guests of the house, as there are a total of three separate accommodations. In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily needs. You only need to bring your personal belongings, toiletries, and groceries. Of course, we provide Wi-Fi access throughout the house so that you can stay connected with the rest of the world. To ensure a pleasant coexistence, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the quiet hours from 12-2pm and 10pm-8am. Parties or events are not allowed in our accommodation. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, hell und freundlich. Ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Garten, welcher nicht nur uns sondern auch unseren Hund sehr gut gefallen hat.
der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Aufmerksamkeiten seitens der Gastgeber z.b. Kaffeetabs sowie Müsli haben mich berührt und die schnelle Antwort auf meine Fragen haben mir Sicherheit und dadurch einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die rühige Lage mit dem Blick ins Grüne sind erwähnenswert. Danke
Die Wohnung ist genau, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet: offen, freundlich und hell. Die Kommunikation war proaktiv und wir haben uns jeder Zeit mitgenommen und informiert gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war vorbildlich. Die liebevolle Einrichtung wurde mit schönen Akzenten untermalt. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Gastgeber weiter!

The area invites you to romantic walks or to exercise and active holidays with a breathtaking landscape - always in the background this picturesque mountain scenery.
Despite the idyllic location, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Our villa in Kraiham near Seekirchen is only 15 minutes by car from the old town of Salzburg. Fairytale castles, unicorns spouting water, magnificent baroque buildings and small, narrow streets to stroll through. Mozart's birthplace, the Festung Hohen Salzburg, museums, typical Salzburg coffee houses - there is much to discover in the world-famous city of Salzburg.
The Salzburg lake district and hiking area is about 10 minutes away by car and forms a unique recreation area. A generously developed network of cycle paths, easy to challenging hiking opportunities, beautiful bathing beaches and a wide range of highlights await you. More than 200 restaurants provide culinary delights.

Ein herzliches Hallo! Es freut uns, dass ihr unser Profil besucht und mehr über uns wissen wollt. Wir sind eine moderne Familie aus Seekirchen bei Salzburg. - Rene, gebürtig aus Kärnten, Mittvierziger - unser Visionär - Petra, gebürtig aus Salzburg Stadt, Alter wird nicht verraten ;-) - unsere Perfektionistin - 2 süße Mädels, die mittlerweile Flüge geworden sind - 2 kleine Chihuahua-Hunde (ja, vermutlich Kinderersatz, wie unsere Kids ausgezogen sind ;-) Beruflich sind wir sehr eingespannt und viel unterwegs! Was uns gefällt! In unserer Freizeit reisen wir irrsinnig gerne und haben mittlerweile jeden Kontinent mindestens einmal besucht. Jeder Ort hat was besonderes und von überall haben wir viele schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt, auf die wir sehr gerne zurückdenken. Über den ein oder anderen Moment können wir rückblickend immer wieder lachen :-)) Wir haben schon einiges gesehen und wollen noch viel mehr sehen! Wochenenden werden gerne für Städtetrips genutzt oder zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen und Treffen mit Freunden. Im Sommer sind wir gerne am Meer. Vor allem Rene liebt das heiße Klima! Im Winter findet man uns am häufigsten beim Skifahren und ab und an auch mal beim Apres Ski! Gute Freunde sind unbezahlbar und für uns irrsinnig wichtig! Grill- oder Themenabende, tiefgründige Gespräche oder einfach nur Lachen ohne Ende - hier ist alles dabei! So, jetzt haben wir schon eine wenig aus dem Nähkästchen geplaudert, solltet ihr noch Fragen haben - jederzeit gerne!
