Porto Flanona apt. is the unique apartment for up to 6 person on the beachfront location. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a brand building, just few meters to the sea! The apartment has one master bedroom with private terrace overloking the bay, and its own bathroom. Then there is another bedroom designed in boho peacefull style with a view of Plomin hilltops and parking. Apt also has main bathroom, kitchen, living area (dining room, tv room) & another terrace, abd laundry room. Porto Flanona heritage apartment is located on the beachfront location overlooking the waterfront of Plomin Luka. The apartment is located on the second floor in the first of two new buildings. When entering the apartment you will find yourself in comfortable and sunny living area consisting of kitchen, dining table, chairs, extendable couch and TV. Right to the entry is the laundry room consisting of washing machine and dryer. American style kitchen is here to make your holiday as comfortable as it can. Even though it's your holiday, you still might be cooking some good dishes. So we made sure that the kitchen is fully equipped and practical. The dining table has four textile chairs and two additional wooden ones for extra people. The couch has enough place for few people to sit on or lay and its made from textile materials. It is also extendable and like a bed it can accommodate up to two people. From the couch you have a direct view tro smart TV where you can also access your Netflix, Prime Video or Disney+ accounts. From dining and kitchen area you can exit to the terrace designed like a small French balcony with lots of plants which offers you an intimate and relaxing place for a morning breakfast or for an afternoon drink. The hallway leading from living area to the bedrooms and bathroom has a special touch by a local artist which painted one wall to represent mornings in Plomin Luka. The second part of the hallway features a mixture of modern and historical photos. The master bedroom has its own private terrace and bathroom with shower. The bed is very comfortable from best materials and it si designed and produced in New York (USA). The bedroom also has a wardrobe, night table and small storage cabinet. Master bedroom also has its own private bathroom which consists of toilet, sink and shower with sea view. From the Mater bedroom you can also exit to Master bedroom lounge area consisting of comfortable lounge furniture designed to offer you maximum relaxation. The terrace overlooks the harbour and it is perfect to chill and relax. The second bedroom is called Locus olivae, meaning the olive place. Bedroom is designed in a Boho-Mediterranean style with natural elements. The wall behind the bed is made from local materials and has olives crafted on. Perfect room to rejuvenate! The main bathroom is designed in the Mediterranean style with Italian stone tiles, sinks and hand made wooden furniture. The bathroom exudes in relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere so you can relax here after an active day on the beach or nature. Our whole apartment has been designed in a way to feel very comfortable, relaxing and rejuvenating from the start.
