Complete holiday home with a nice interior design and a fantastic sea view of the Kattegat from large glass sections in the living area Large, unconventional glass sections built up to the ceiling in the living room, dining room and kitchen provide a natural light in a class of its own, bringing both nature and the full view of the Kattegat close. The holiday home appears new and is very functional with good and modern amenities in both kitchen and bathroom. It is truly an oasis and a very comfortable holiday home where you can enjoy your holiday and make life easy and simple. The living room is spacious with a sofa arrangement with plenty of room for everyone. There's a nice TV with Chromecast - and from the armchair you can enjoy the view and the light from the large windows. Between the kitchen and living room you’ll find the dining area with seating for 6 people, furnished with a beautiful white dining table and comfortable black leather chairs. The holiday home also includes a spacious bathroom. Furthermore, underfloor heating has been installed throughout the home, so the house is cosy all year round. The kitchen is well-equipped with white doors and plenty of cupboards. There is a new induction hob, built-in oven, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. In the master bedroom there is a large double bed, and in the second room there is a good 3/4 bed. In the large loft there are 2 good single beds, which can be placed together in the centre and function as a double bed or separately as single beds. The house is ideal for 4 people, but it is also possible to accommodate 6 people if the loft is utilised. The house is surrounded by a wooden terrace, which is bordered by a light fence to the south - making the house twice as big when it's sunny. The terrace table and sofa set are in excellent condition, so you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest in the sun or under the large awning (electrically powered). The gas grill makes it possible to cook delicious food on those nice summer evenings, perhaps after a dip in the sea from the fine beach, which is only 150 metres from the house. PETS: Pets are not allowed, so it is a hypoallergenic house (without carpets) GOOD TO KNOW: Non-smoking accommodation. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and be present throughout the rental period. Good parking facilities directly at the holiday home - 2 parking spaces. Consumption: Electricity is read on arrival and departure. Electricity consumption also covers the use of the heat pump. Final cleaning is mandatory and is paid in advance. NEAREST SHOPPING: Hedebo Camping - camping shop - 2,000 metres Sæby City Vest in Sæby - 5,000 metres (Lidl, 365, menu and Rema - supermarkets) PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Bus station in Sæby - 5,000 metres. Bus stop 250 metres from the house with regular connections to Sæby, Frederikshavn and Aalborg. AREA: The holiday home is located 5 km north of Sæby and 7 km south of Frederikshavn. The house is in a charming and secluded holiday home neighbourhood with both beach and forest around. The beach is a fine sandy beach that invites you to enjoy swimming and fishing. From the house, you can walk or cycle to Sæby Harbour or to Sæby town centre via paths along the beach and the seafront. Sæby has a charming town centre with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Algade is one of the city's most charming streets, with small yellow houses, peonys, a church and many different artisans. It is the street that connects the city centre and the harbour. The harbour has just been expanded in 2022 and is home to local boats, shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlours - in the summer you'll find a vibrant life with many yachtsmen, motorhomes and visiting guests. Sæby is centrally located in Vendsyssel. If you want to explore more, Aalborg, the North Sea and Skagen are within easy reach.
