Gorgeous home with a great living space and open kitchen, living, dining area that we could all gather in. Plus plenty of space to disperse to our own corners for some privacy when needed. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked. Living area was spacious and the fireplace/TV area was a natural gathering area. The bedrooms were comfortable and large enough so we didn't feel cramped. Our family loved the "apartment" above the garage which easily housed my sister's family of four. The house is conveniently located to both Purg and the surrounding area (the Nugget). The property is great and we had a great time exploring and taking in the views. The hot tub is fantastic and also offers a great escape. The front deck fireplace was perfect for NYE celebrations and almost seeing the Purg fireworks display! Overall, a great home and highly recommend.

Super nice place on beautiful grounds. Large picture windows facing snowy trees and cliffs. The interior is well appointed and very very nice. Tons of extras including a fantastic goodie basket! Brad and Erin we very proactive and helpful! One of ten best place that we have ever stayed!

Such a beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land! Perfect for our family of 9 looking for a mountain getaway. Well stocked kitchen, everything labeled with directions, and a very helpful host! Brad helped us with a specific TV request so we could watch all the college bowl games, kept us apprised of our water consumption, made sure the snow was plowed, and checked up on us when the electricity went out because if a snow storm. This is a great place for a big group looking to enjoy the San Juan Mountains!

We had an amazing time this holiday season with combined families at the ranch. Just far enough out of town to feel serenity but close enough to have great amenities in downtown Durango. Property was flawless and we enjoyed the snow, hot tub, and sauna. Great for kids and multiple families coming together!

Irma J Ranch was fantastic for our first annual family trip - seven adults, two kids and an 18 month old. Super clean, organized and well appointed with everything you need. Space for everyone to enjoy time together or some quiet moments too. Close to Purgatory and Durango to enjoy summer activities. Best Airbnb we have ever rented!
