We had a great stay at Nellys. Nellys communication through before and during out stay was excellent. The flat was lovely and clean and exactly like the pictures. Very handily placed for shops, restaurants and pubs. Within walking distance of the tube, overground and buses. Would definitely recommend it.
We had a great stay. Nelly was extremely accommodating and helped us out in a pinch when there was an issue with another Airbnb we were staying at and had to make a quick change midway through our trip. The flat itself was great and just what we needed. The only suggestion I would have for improvement would be to place a foam mattress topper or similar pad on the bed in the second bedroom, as the mattress was very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. Otherwise, this was a brilliant place to stay if you want to be in the Kilburn / Queen's Park area.
