Wonderful home
This property is AMAZING. The property is updated, spacious, and very clean. The owner has done an incredible job with decor and updates....everything has its place and we had everything we needed and more. Loved that there are tvs in every room. And that sectional in the living room---to die for. It was SO comfortable. In a lot of other properties we have noticed that there is often inadequate seating. This property had more than enough seating and was very inviting. I highly recommend this property.
Loved this place! Everything was insanely clean and orderly, my husband and I felt completely at home. Everything was comfortable, beds, linens, couch, etc. Sabrina gave clear instructions for check and out. Loved that there was coffee available since we got in so late at night, we didn’t have time to hit the Kroger. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!
We stayed in Sabrina’s place in order to see the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse. The house was clean and updated. We really enjoyed our stay. Sabrina was extremely prompt on responding to all of our questions, and was very thoughtful. She even left eclipse glasses for us, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Sabrina's home is a perfect landing pad in Bloomington. Comfortable, calming and spotlessly clean. Great location, and she stays in touch to make sure guests have what they need. Would definitely stay here again.

Fritz Terrace is an established middle class neighborhood on the North side of Bloomington, IN. No sidewalks, but low traffic. Along bus route.
Close to: I-69, Indiana University Campus and sport stadiums, Cascades Park, Cascades Golf Course, Upper Cascades Skate Park and outdoor basketball courts, Bloomington High School North, IU Health. Regional Academic Health Center and Grocery Stores.
• Parking for two vehicles on concrete driveway.
• Street parking is free.
• Do not block or use the gravel driveway.
• Walking - Sidewalks are along the routes to Downtown, IUB Campus and Stadiums, Cascades Golf Course, Kroger.
• No sidewalks within Fritz Terrace, however, there is low traffic.
• Bus stops speckle the area; two off my street.
• Ubers and Lyfts quickly available.

Hi. It took creativity, sweat, tears & some blood creating these spaces; I’m grateful to share them. I grew up nearby, graduated f/m IU, love the campus. I find fulfillment in human connection & growth. This lead me to Africa; worked on an eco resort, rafted the Zambezi River & explored. To India & Nepal; got yoga certified & solo hiked Mt Everest. Happy to pay forward reasonable costs. The proceeds are reinvested in the property. ♥️
