Très belle maison, architecture contemporaine, beaux espaces extérieurs avec un magnifique jardin. Walter est très sympathique et arrangeant, il nous a fourni plein de conseils pour les plages et les restaurants.

Our host, Walter, was extremely helpful, responsive and with lots of local knowledge. The property was very spacious, modern and set in large grounds. We were able to walk into Otranto in 15-20 minutes and to an excellent restaurant in 5 minutes. Our only issue was in relation to, what sounded like, a very large group of barking dogs which were some distance away but still audible. However, the air conditioning meant we could fully shut this out with the double glazing at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for up to 4 people, on the basis that the 3rd (basement) bedroom would be better suited to only occasional use.

This is a very comfortable, nicely furnished and spacious home. The outdoor patio and huge garden was an added bonus. We felt secure knowing our car was safely parked off the street behind automatic gates. Good, quite location away from the busy town, but you can walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes, the old town and more restaurants in another 10 minutes. Walter was an exceptional host and excellent communicator and very accommodating. He also gave us lots of recommendations of sites to see, restaurants and bars too. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy. The complimentary bottle of chilled of wine was well received, along with some tasty snacks. Because our Italian is non-existent, he even organised a taxi for us in the evening so we didn't have to drive to town. Definitely recommend this property if you're staying in beautiful Otranto, but need peace & tranquility after a busy day at the beach and site-seeing.

Amazing villa! Excellent location: 10 minute drive to old town Otranto and 10 minute drive to Alimini Beach. Immaculate, spacious, quiet. 2 large patios with lounge chairs and a dining table. Outside wood burning BBQ. One of the 2 bathrooms was huge with an amazing shower. Large refrigerator in the kitchen. As noted in other comments , one bedroom (it is huge with 2 single beds) is on the lower level without A/C ,but has a floor fan. A/C in the living area and 2 bedrooms Walter was an amazing host- gave us great tips of things to see/do and provided a thoughtful welcome gift. We will be back! So glad we did not stay closer to the old town. Eurospin about a 5 minute walk. Tip: dine at Diavolicchio Goloso which is down the street and LatroBaffo in old town. Go to the Summer Market for produce, cheese etc

Walter è stato gentilissimo è disponibile fin da subito. Ci ha consigliato tantissimi posti dove andare (lidi, ristoranti, discoteche, bar dove fare aperitivo e/o colazione, posti dove guardare dei tramonti/albe stupendi, paesini da visitare), ci teneva aggiornati sugli eventi ad Otranto e dintorni e si è sempre interessato su come stesse andando il nostro soggiorno e se ci stessimo trovando bene. Abbiamo avuto un unico problemino con la serratura (nulla di che), del quale abbiamo avvisato subito e ha provveduto a risolvere il tutto in brevissimo tempo. Per quanto riguarda la casa, nulla da dire, stupenda, è esattamente come si vede dalle foto dell’annuncio…pulita, ordinata ed in una zona tranquilla, essendo un po’ fuori dal centro (15 minuti circa a piedi) I miei amici ed io ci siamo trovati davvero bene e consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare qui. È stato un piacere conoscere Walter (e Greta, la sua cagnolina) e speriamo di tornare presto!
