Especially for an apartment in downtown Bham, it is a great place to stay. I was most worried about parking and found the parking deck very quickly. I did have some trouble with getting the app to work at first, and it prevented me from checking in early like I planned. Once I got it, it was truly a nice unit to stay in. Will is very accommodating and responsive. It was an easy and nice stay. I loved the pool view. Any concerns about things outside the unit itself, such as loud noises late at night, he was proactive in getting addressed with the building. I had some issues with my stay, but I do NOT fault the host. Downtown Bham is not spotless and was a bit dirty on the outside. The loud noises I heard the last night came from some residents who were probably having a little too much fun. To clarify, these noises woke me up at 2 am and scared me. Will did his best to address these concerns and really made the stay worth it. If I stay downtown again, I would come back. Thank you!

Beautiful Place!! Didn’t get to venture out a lot due to being at a tournament. But place was as described and comfortable. Got lost originally (not sure what was wrong with GPS.. lol) But Will was super responsive and assisted me with finding the correct location. He also checked in with me and was proactive throughout my stay!! Will stay at this location or any other location that Will has!! Kudos Will!!

It was very cool to have an app to open all the doors and gates to private parking. The pool was cute, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was big. The building was quiet as well. There was one small challenge (the light in the bedroom wouldn't turn on, and it was too high for me to change the bulb), but Will immediately took care of it. Worked will for me, easy access to the Conference Center (short Lyft ride) and a Publix one block away and within walking distance of Hero donuts.
