Enjoy this charming, central and elegant Parisian apartment in a quiet and residential area. Located 2 minutes from Place des Ternes and 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs Elysées, it has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a cocooning bathroom. With easy access (metro 1 and 2, RER A and bus) you can discover and enjoy Parisian life. The appartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet and secure building with caretaker. It can welcom 3 people maximum (ideally a couple and a child/teenager) or 3 friends. Thanks to its bay window it offers a peaceful view of the condominium garden. It was completely redone and all the equipment is new (double-glazed windows, heating, appliances and furniture) It has an entrance with storage cupboards, a completely new and equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto a living room with a sofa bed with large screen TV, a dining area facing the bay window. It has a cocooning bathroom with wall-hung toilet and walk-in shower and a sleeping area with a double bed and storage dressing room.

Lovely place and the host is so nice 🤍 the place is very cozy for us to stay and very convenient to the attractions! If I visit Paris again, I must stay here
Pasamos una semana de vacaciones en París con mi esposa y mi hijo de 14 años. El departamento de Kelly tiene una ubicación muy buena, cerca del Metro (Ternes), esta muy bien amueblado y su cocina es muy completa, esta a pasos de varios tipos de negocios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, etc...) y muy cercano al Arco de Triunfo. Si bien esta ubicado sobre una avenida muy concurrida, el departamento es interno, en planta baja, muy luminoso y silencioso. Muy recomendable. Por otra parte, tanto Kelly como su hija estuvieron atentas a todas las consultas que les realizamos. Cuando volvamos a Paris, volveremos a reservarlo !!
Kelly’s apartment is a beautiful place to spend days in Paris. She is an amazing host🥰. The apartment is spotless in a great location, quite beautifully decorated with a lovely smell. Beds are comfy and the room has darkening shades that make you sleep in and rest. Arc de Triomphe is a 14 min walk and there are many restaurants near by. Thank you Kelly for the wonderful hospitality.
Un departamento súper bonito, con una ubicación excelente a 700 mts del arco del triunfo, parada de bus a la torre Eiffel a media cuadra, restaurantes, súper mercado, todo muy cerca. Kelly fue una excelente anfitriona, súper amable, muy atenta, , respondía muy rápido, servicial y nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones. Cuando regrese a París volveré a quedarme ahí sin duda.
Kelly fue una excelente anfitriona, muy amable, me explico donde comprar comida, transporte y restaurantes. Siempre fue muy atenta y respondió rápido. El alojamiento estaba limpio y muy seguro. Incluye todo lo que describe la publicación. 100% recomendable 👍👍👍

The apartment is ideally located on Avenue de Wagram, 2 minutes from Place des Ternes but also very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile and therefore the Champs Elysées.
Avenue de Wagram is one of the radial routes of the Étoile, forming the limit between the 8th and 17th arrondissements of Paris. Starting from Place Charles-de-Gaulle in the south, it ends at Place de Wagram in the north.
The shopping district of Avenue des Ternes and the famous market of Rue Poncelet are less than 5 minutes away walking.
