Surrounded by greenery and close to the magnificent Vrana Lake, it's an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy unforgettable moments in a welcoming and inviting environment. The villa Vrana, immersed in an idyllic rural setting, is located near the beautiful Vrana Lake, just 10 minutes by car from Pakoštane and 15 minutes from Biograd na moru. With its 120 sqm of surface, this recently built villa extends over two floors, offering a retreat of peace and comfort. The villa boasts a large fenced garden, surrounded by lush vegetation and majestic black and green oak trees. The ground floor welcomes guests with an entrance, a bathroom complete with shower and toilet, a spacious living room with a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen, carefully designed to ensure a relaxing and pleasant holiday. From here, two large exits lead to the terrace, which provides direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove with 4 cooking points, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and extractor hood. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a table with chairs to spend pleasant evenings with friends, along with a portable barbecue. The magnificent black and green oak trees, along with a mighty olive tree in the garden, provide shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Free parking is located right next to the house. Villa Vrana offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, with an agrotourism site just 600 m away, a grocery store and restaurants at a distance of 600 m, and the most beautiful beaches in the region just 7 km away.
