Swann House: Beautiful five bedroom home that looks over the water and is less than ten miles from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio or an hour away from Cincinnati, Ohio. It is perfectly situated in the 124 mile band where the total solar eclipse event will be occurring on April 8th, 2024 at 3:10pm. A perfect place for the entire family to stay to celebrate graduations, parents' weekends, or just a weekend away.

Christopher's Swann House was a perfect fit for family. We had a wonderful time. We met his wife and daughter, and they couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I would highly recommend.
Overall a 10/10 experience!! The property is gorgeous!! Plenty of area to hike and enjoy the outdoors. Peaceful and private as well. The house was beautiful, good amount of space and clean. Plenty of stars out at night!! Worth every penny! We had a blast. The host was also professional, very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the unforgettable experience, we will be back!
