It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 10-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have bikes, beach gear, and a workout area included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay! Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite on the left side of the home, and the other 2 rooms are on the right side of the home. The master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The King-size bed is adjustable and the room offers a pool view. One guest room has a queen bed, and the other has a full-sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing. The master, queen room, and the living room all have TVs. The guest area has one bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink. The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need during your stay. The laundry area provides a full-size top-load washer and front-load dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay. The backyard is fully fenced in and invites you to a private outdoor dining experience or just a relaxed pool day. This home is located just a short drive or bike ride to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Merricks or Pinchers Crab Shack, all within an easy 5-10 minute drive from the house. For the best German ice cream, head over to HOLY MOLY ICE CREAM. We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for every stay. There also is an iron and ironing board available for your use. TOILETRIES - We are happy to always provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival, including 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. However, please note that we do not restock items during your stay Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and towels. Guests who stay have full access to the entire space with no shared space. The garage space is available, but most guests typically just use the driveway. Be sure to see our guidebook for local business and dining recommendations. EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised that there are 4 recording blink cameras on the property. Two cameras are at the front of the house and two other cameras record the sides of the house. There are no interior cameras or audio devices or any areas recording the pool area. * POOL INFO Please use extra caution to ensure safety around the pool area at all times. Remember, diving in the pool and running around the pool are prohibited. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU SEE THAT THE SKIMMER IS NOT HALFWAY COVERED WITH WATER, PLEASE FILL UP THE POOL WITH THE PROVIDED HOSE AND TIMER. 1 TO 2 HOURS SHOULD USUALLY PUT THE LEVEL BACK TO ITS NORMAL LEVEL. CHILDREN UNDER 12? Message us about their ability to swim on their own without the need for flotation devices. * POOL HEATER * The pool heater is set to 85* (winter months only) and should not be altered. The heater and pool pump both run from about 9 am til 5 pm. The heater only heats throughout that time, and the timer can also NOT be altered. The equipment is also being recorded. If a pet is brought into the property without any written approval, a substantial additional fee will be charged. POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL *** Please note that we do have pool service, lawn service, and pest control service that come regularly.
