Great location. Tristan was a great host. My flight was delayed and didn’t get in until 2am and he still met me to ensure I had a easy check in. The place was clean and comfortable. Anytime I come to Phoenix I am definitely going to look for Tristan’s place first.
When I arrived, the carpets were filthy, and the vibe was off. I did not enjoy meeting the host for a key, it felt weird, and despite him blaming the filth on the cleaners, Tristan clearly had been up there last-min cleaning (towels were still in the wash, and he said he was coming down after a walkthrough. I waited awhile). I felt so uncomfortable immediately when I walked in. The decor was sparse and cold, and I tried to fix the off kilter frames in the living room, as they looked so weird. There were many nail holes in the wall and pencil marks and it was strange. He got angry at me later for moving them ("it's called being unique"), when it wasn't clear it was supposed to be like that. Bc it was dirty, I washed his sheets, and he got angry at that too. He said he would fully refund me my $800, and he never did. I left before I could stay there, & have never felt so scammed and like a host was so rude, after 6 yrs of this annual trip to PHX. Stay far away from this listing.
Tristan is one the most hospitable person/host you will ever come across, aside from the perfectly located place he rented out, he would answer all inquiries almost immediately. Walking distance to restaurants, access to pool, gym, parking space and many more. Highly recommended and looking forward to future stays. Thanks.
Tristan went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very proactive will communication and always available if needed. Place was in a great area and felt very secure. Tristan was an excellent host and the condo was perfect for my stay! Tristan went above and beyond to accomodate me, making sure I had everything I needed and wanted for my stay! He is very responsive and even met me for a 2am check in after my long flight. The condo is beautiful and so much nicer than any hotel room. I felt very safe and comfortable with a garaged space for my car and beautiful amenties on the property. The lake front location was amazing and also offered a beautiful walking path. I loved this place! It was a perfect stay!

This Neighborhood is simply amazing so peaceful and quiet. The apartment sits right on the lake whether you want to sit on the balcony and catch sun or go down to the lake for a peaceful walk, This place won’t disappoint! You are seconds away from amazing food spots and the great crumble cookie’s is directly downstairs who wouldn’t want to grab a cookie and walk the lake right? You are 5 minutes away from Tempe marketplace where you can find your local target and other great stores for your convenience. You also have Starbucks as well as In N Out right across the street from you.
Getting around will be easy you are right off the freeway and there’s a Lyft/uber pickup right downstairs
