Perfectly located. Very private but just minutes away from the best shopping and restaurants Los Angeles has to offer. Beautiful garden that looks exactly as in the pictures. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Lightning fast communication. We will return to this place.

Shawn is a fantastic host. He was kind and responsive and always available to answer even the most mundane of questions. The house is lovely on a quiet street with an amazingly verdant backyard that is completely private. It's surrounded by trees, and no one around can see you. The house was gorgeous with great amenities—a lovely pool, a great kitchen with high-end appliances, a heated toilet with a built-in bidet, enormous televisions in the bedrooms, living room, and outdoors that made family watching joyful. The house was sparkling clean. We are picky travelers, we like to live as well we do at home or experience even better luxury while we are traveling. Shawn provided that for us. Thank you, Shawn!

This was the nicest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had. House was great, but his kindness and response timing and how invested he was in my whole stay you could feel the warmth and kindness constantly. I knew that if I even needed something in the middle of the night he would be there in a second. Honestly best rental experience I’ve ever had. If I continue to stay in La it will be here.

Spectacular home even better than pictured!Gorgeous and luxuriously appointed. Every amenity you can think of - much better than any hotel. Shawn and his team have thought of everything. Excellent communication going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Easily one of the best rental experiences we’ve had!
