I am located in the center of the action, St. Laurent street is historically and to this day the hotspot for nightlife and eclectic Montreal cuisine. Right outside your door are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, and clubs. Don't waste your time or money on transportation around town, everything is just steps away. The apartment has a private bedroom, living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with bathtub & shower. For bigger groups that need more space, let me know, I have multiple apartments in the same building. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home in my place! Apartment #4 is a third-floor walk-up...which is perfect because it's at the back of the building, so it's quiet, but go downstairs and you're right on a busy strip full of restaurants and shops. (Highly recommend Bagel Etc. for breakfast/brunch.) It's on a bus route and very close to Mount Royal. The unit itself isn't a big space (the washroom and bedroom are pretty tight) but that's not why you're here, right? It's clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with linens, towels, cooking basics, and plenty of wall hooks. There's a Keurig machine but no pods, and dish soap and hand soap but no toiletries. There's also a large TV where you can access your streaming services. One thing we didn't enjoy was the bed, with its hard mattress and flat pillows...but to be fair, we have a very soft mattress at home, so travel is always tricky that way. We didn't need to contact our host directly, but his instructions were clear and timely for both check-in and check-out. Would stay again.

If you were staying here for a month, you would still have new things to do for weeks to come!
If you need to adventure further across or outside downtown, there are several convenient options nearby and on right on the corner.
There is day and 24h over night city bus that runs on Saint Laurent street, with a stop right on the corner. It comes often and consistently.
I am about 10 minute easy walk from both Sherbrooke or Saint-Laurent Metro stations, when you need to get around or out of downtown quickly.

I have lived in downtown Montreal for many years now, and as a host, I get to share the love I have for the city. Hosting people here for the festivals, for the nightlife, or as of late to know I am giving guests peace of mind with a clean and safe place to stay has been a dream come true and to do it professionally now is a blessing. I also love to travel and I know what we travelers expect when we want to visit a new place. My favorite thing about Montreal, about Canada, is the summer and the food. In the spring and summer, everyone comes out from the Canadian winter and has fantastic energy. The festivals, the terraces, the streets are full of excitement, I still feel like a tourist sometimes finding out new secrets or special places that guests share with me. I am also very proud of my bigger spaces, my bbq loft or giant salon space, it transformed how I host and let me host big groups and some events that brought people together and shaped family and friends' relationships. I've had the privilege of hosting a small wedding reception, crews of boys and we have celebrated a few baby showers, family BBQs, and old friends coming together. It has been a pleasure and I thank all my past and future guests !! Cheers !!
