A stylish, contemporary flat located in a quite area of rural Warwickshire. The apartment is accessed through the main house straight up the stairs. 1 Bedroom with Cot and foldup bed for children if required, 1 bathroom, Lounge, Kitchen/dinner and outside balcony. Air conditioning in the bedroom, WIFI, Sky TV and parking. Easy access to Routes to Lichfield, Tamworth, Leicester, Coventry , Nuneaton and Birmingham. As guests to the main house, access would be via the front door. The property is a 300 year old farm house which sits on 4 acres of land, being a farm we have 2 dogs, Chickens, horses and some times sheep.

Beautiful setting and apartment. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and perfect for a relaxing break away. Kevin and Theresa were great hosts with excellent communication too. Will definitely be booking again
We had a great nights stay at Kevin and Teresa’s. We loved the old features. Clean and all you need for a nights stay. Would definitely recommend and we would use again if we’re in the area.
We had a fantastic stay and felt very welcome as the hosts were lovely and really accommodating. The loft space we stayed in was immaculate, with lovely views from all sides and it was very peaceful and quiet. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again at some point.
