Please plan accordingly. -At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the checkout instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice. -There are 2 security cameras on the property. One is located above the garage and the second in the backyard overlooking the hot tub area. These are not to be unplugged for any reason. -There is absolutely no street parking. Unload and loading is limited to 15 minutes max.
