Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This hidden gem is located just minutes from PHL airport, and about 15min to Center City, 20min to Wilmington, and 10 min to Trainer. You will find a 2 in 1 washer/dryer that gets your clothes cleaned and dried in as little as 2 hours. Both TVs have Roku with Netflix. You will have keyless entry and access to the thermostat for central air and heating. The kitchen has all the essentials, and there is parking on premises. You won't have to worry about being a little loud here. The building is a detached house that has a separate storage/work unit we access from time to time, which is pretty soundproof anyways, but you won't have to think about next-door neighbors or anything.

Loved staying at this airbnb. It was clean and had everything you need. Great place for people with kids to stay at. Plenty of space for you and your guest to sleep. There is a playground across the street.

Very safe and calm suburb of Philadelphia, consisting mainly of elderly and airline workers. There's a waterfront park nearby, as well as extensive hiking trails at the wildlife refuge.
The 37 bus is 2 blocks away, it goes right to the airport in about 10min and can transfer to another bus or train to the city. i95 is a few blocks away, and even with traffic, it never takes more than 25min to get to center city.
