Welcome to our Rocky Mountain home! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom remodeled home boasts a great covered patio, BBQ grill and warm fire pit! The finished basement is a fun place to hangout with all the games to entertain! We have all new beds and a brand new kitchen, a fully stocked coffee bar for our guests to enjoy. There is 1 King Bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Queen Bed and a sofa pullout bed. We are 14 miles from CU Boulder, 15 miles from downtown Denver and the Church Ranch Event Center is 2 min away! Rocky Mountain Vibe in a central location. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom urban mountain home located in the Broomfield/Westminster area. It is a stand alone home on 1 acre. We have a great covered patio to entertain with plenty of seating to accommodate our guests. It has a great fire pit area to relax and enjoy the evening. We also have a fun basement with all the games to entertain and a comfy couch, set to watch your favorite shows. We have all new beds and a brand new kitchen with a fully stocked coffee bar for our guests to enjoy. The house is set up for 6 guests, but can sleep up to 8. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. We also have a pull out couch and an air mattress if more sleeping arrangements are needed.
