Large Canarian house composed of 3 balconies overlooking the sea and Teide, in the center of the La Florida neighborhood just 2 km from La Orotava. Large kitchen, suite bedroom with bathroom and 2 bedrooms with service bathroom, living room with comfortable sofas and Smart TV, fiber wifi throughout the house. External patio with kitchen, table and barbeque, private laundry and 2 sunbathing balconies on the roof. Supermarket and bars 10 meters from the house, free parking in the near streets. Fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, hairdryer and iron complete your stay, along with clean sheets, blankets and towels.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Die Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist alles leicht zu erreichen. Angenehme Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio war sehr freundlich und der Ablauf sehr gut organisiert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Old but nice appartment. There is enough space. On top of that there are three teraces where we enjoyed our meals. The neighborhood is not touristic at all. For us that is a plus. A little shop is on the opposite of the Appartment.
